Although initially this fairing was designed for the Bottpower’s Moto2, ultimately it wasn’t used due to unforeseeable reasons beyond the DechavesGarage´s control.
The length of the project commencing since the first sketch to the completion of the 3D model, was a month and a half. Both the frame and the swingarm that can be seen in these renders, belong to the first version. Many further changes are expected.
Adopting an aesthetic point of view, a motorcycle with a marked racing look, elegant and in some ways classic, has been pursued, so as to create a design that remains fresh yet timeless. In the racing world, where performance and practicality take precedent, its beneficial to choose a solution that theoretically works. In light of this, the most daring designs have been left aside.
