MECHANICS:

An scooter can be very appealing but at the end what really convinces the buyer is the driving experience. This is something we were clear about when we were designing the chassis. The frame had to be very stiff and safe. And although we knew that it was going to be hidden under the fairing, we also wanted it to look nice.

With regard to the fork, we follow the same reasoning. Although it would have been much cheaper and infinitely easier to use a telescopic fork, we opted for a trailing link suspension system completely designed by us. It was not an aesthetic whim. We looked, at all times, for a better front wheel behavior with a reduced static friction avoiding unwanted bends and braking rebounds (thanks to the anti-dive system it has). Also, the circular path that the wheel goes through in its travel (in a telescopic fork is linear) has been studied to improve the bump absorption.
